Privacy Policy

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us by e-mail so we can answer their questions and respond to their comments.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who ask to join our announcement list.

We do not share your e-mail address with other organizations.

If you don’t want to receive e-mail from us, please let us know either by sending an e-mail to webmaster@norcalpa.org, or contacting us by mail or phone (see below).

Northern California Publishers & Authors doesn’t collect e-mail addresses from individual visitors to our website. We may collect basic information about browsers, operating systems, and which search engines referred visitors to our site. We don’t know who those visitors are.

Cookies are required to access the private areas of the site. The cookies confirm that you are indeed logged in. No human being will retrieve the contents of those cookies. You will not be tracked after you leave our site.

We sometimes take payments online for membership dues and conference registration. Payments are processed by PayPal, and we don’t have access to to your credit card information or other personal information that you provide PayPal. View PayPal’s privacy policy.

All material published on the Northern California Publishers & Authors website, including articles, photos, and graphics, is copyrighted by NCPA. In certain cases other parties have allowed NCPA to use their material, and in those cases copyright remains with the original writer or artist.

You may not copy, use, or distribute material from this site in any way without our written consent. However, our authors and publishers are not bashful. If you want to use something, just ask us.

The sole exception is material available for download as a PDF, which is intended for distribution in its entirety.
